  1. Beliefs: Data regarding your limiting and uplifting beliefs (“Rewiring Beliefs”).
  2. Wellness Profile: Karmic affirmations and personalised prescriptions provided by our mentors.
  3. Goals & Vision: Data related to your “Project of Heart,” including titles, motivations (the “Why”), vision images, milestones, and daily ratings.
  4. Mentorship Communication: Questions submitted to Dr. Meghana Dikshit, including text and audio recordings.


C. Usage & Activity Data

  1. Progress Tracking: Completed lessons, course progress, and activity streaks.
  2. Activity Logs: Interaction with specific features such as “PROCESS” and “MY_PLAYLIST”
  3. Financial Tracking: Subjective financial data points (e.g., Money entries) that you choose to track within the App.
  4. Device Information: Platform (iOS/Android), device tokens for notifications, and app interaction timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  1. Provide Services: Manage your account, track your progress, and deliver personalized wellness content.
  2. Personalisation: Tailor affirmations and “Project of Heart” milestones to your specific needs.
  3. Communication: Send push notifications for reminders, community sessions, and event updates.

  1. Database: We use secure hosted PostgreSQL databases (Neon).
  2. File Storage: Images (vision boards), audio recordings, and media files are stored in secure cloud buckets (AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2).
  3. Security Measures: We implement password hashing and secure session management to protect your account.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with third-party providers only as necessary to operate the App:

  1. Firebase (Google): For delivering push notifications to your device.
  2. Cloud Infrastructure Providers: AWS and Cloudflare for secure data and media storage.
  3. Neon: For database management.

We do not sell your personal or sensitive wellness data to third-party advertisers.

5. Device Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

  1. Notifications: To send reminders and updates.
  2. Camera/Gallery: To allow you to upload vision images for your “Project of Heart” or update your profile.
  3. Network Access: Required for syncing data with our servers.
  4. Background/Media Playback: To allow audio lessons to continue playing while you use other apps or when the screen is off.
