End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Dr. Meghana Dikshit (“Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the mobile application Design Your Destiny by Dr. M (“the App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  1. Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  2. Commercial Use: Use the App for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party without our prior written consent.
  3. Distribution: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
  4. Modification: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the App or any part thereof.
  5. Automated Access: Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the App or its content.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the underlying software, course content, audio lessons, videos, text, graphics, and trademarks (including “Design Your Destiny”), are owned by Dr. Meghana Dikshit or her licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the App or its content.

4. User Content

The App allows you to input data, such as vision images, belief statements, and questions (“User Content”).

  1. Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
  2. License to Owner: By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features to you (e.g., displaying your vision board or answering your questions).
  3. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

5. Important Disclaimers

The App provides wellness and personal development content. Dr. Meghana Dikshit is an Ayurvedic Doctor, Healer, and Success Coach. The content provided is for educational and informational purposes only and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.

B. No Guarantee of Results
Personal growth and “destiny design” are subjective and depend on individual effort and circumstances. We make no guarantees or promises regarding specific results, financial gain, or life changes through the use of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Meghana Dikshit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
